A Bangladeshi hospital approached Stertek with a requirement for a high-capacity pulse vacuum steam sterilizer for their CSSD. The entire transaction — from initial inquiry and technical consultation to order confirmation and payment — was completed online through clear communication and mutual trust.

The client chose Stertek’s HA-BVS800 model, an 800-liter single door pulse vacuum autoclave with a built-in steam generator. This model is designed for large instrument loads and porous sterilization cycles, ideal for busy hospital sterilization departments. We also supplied a matching air compressor and essential spare parts including a heater coil and door sealing ring.

Payment was secured through an irrevocable Letter of Credit, demonstrating the client’s confidence in Stertek as an established international supplier. We provided the Certificate of Origin and complete shipping documentation for smooth customs clearance at Chittagong Port. The equipment was delivered on schedule under CFR terms, and our technical team provided remote installation guidance and operator training via video call.
